Warranty – E&C Heaters
At E&C Heaters, we place great value on quality and reliability. All our products are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with applicable European consumer legislation.
1. Statutory Warranty
All E&C Heaters products come with a statutory warranty of at least 2 years from the date of delivery.
This means that the product must conform to the agreement and to what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect based on the product description, specifications, and normal conditions of use.
If a product shows a defect within this period that is not due to misuse, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or — if repair or replacement is not possible — a refund.
This warranty applies to deliveries within: the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, and Luxembourg.
The statutory warranty is provided in accordance with the applicable national legislation of the country of delivery within the European Union.
2. What is covered by the statutory warranty?
The statutory warranty covers, among other things: manufacturing defects, material defects, technical defects under normal and correct use, and products that do not meet reasonable expectations based on the agreement.
3. What is not covered by the statutory warranty?
The statutory warranty does not apply to: damage due to misuse or incorrect installation, damage due to external influences, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, repairs or modifications carried out by third parties without permission, and use contrary to the provided instructions.
4. Warranty Procedure

Please include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and if possible, photos or videos of the defect.
We will assess your report within a reasonable timeframe and inform you about the further handling. If necessary, you may be asked to return the product for inspection to our address in the Netherlands.
For storage, shipping, and return processing, we collaborate with our logistics partner:

E&C Heaters remains the selling party and is responsible for warranty handling at all times.
If the defect is covered by the statutory warranty: we will cover reasonable return costs, arrange for free repair or replacement, and if repair or replacement is not possible, you will receive a refund.
If, upon assessment, it appears that the defect is not covered by the statutory warranty, we will inform you in advance of any potential costs.
5. Shipping Costs for Warranty
When a product is covered by the statutory warranty and a return is necessary, we will cover reasonable shipping costs. We will provide clear instructions on the return procedure in advance.
6. Legal Rights
This warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under applicable national and European law.
